Russell is a founder member and joint owner of Consilium Group, which was set up in 2001. He heads the Stourport office and leads all marketing, communications and corporate responsibilities. As a Business Studies graduate, he spent the early part of his career in the manufacturing industry with GlaxoSmithKline before entering the world of recruitment.
