Construction Project Manager

An award-winning renewable technology company and energy consultancy are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid position to work from their home with some travel across the UK as and when required.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 p.a. + Excellent Benefits including Car Allowance, Pension and Private Health Care 

Location: Remote with UK Travel

The Role 

Reporting to the Construction Director and working closely with the other areas of the business your role will involve:

• Promoting, performing and enforcing Health and Safety culture.
• Managing all assigned site-based activities.
• Motivating team members and maintain positive work environments.
• Ensuring multiple projects are delivered within budget and on time.
• Ensuring the predicted energy saving measures are delivered on time and to the required standards.
• Maintaining excellent relationship with company clients and suppliers.
• Problem solving site and operational challenges to remain in project.

The Person 

Essential

• A real desire to build relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience / interest in energy saving technologies.
• Experience in Health and Safety (including legislation) ·
• Full driver’s license and willing to travel (UK Only).
• Methodical and well organised.
• Able to self-motivate and confident in work remotely.
• Excellent communication skills to all business level.
• Confident with numerical data.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, MSP.

• CSCS
