Consilium Recruit are supporting a globally prominent engineering services operating across a number of product areas including advanced measurement and inspection and specialist equipment. The business is seeking to develop existing customers and as such is seeking an Aftersales Account Manager. This is a permanent role based onsite at their offices in Leicestershire.
Commutable from: Lutterworth, Rugby, Coventry, Leicester, Market Harborough

The Role
Working closely with the engineering and applications team, you will receive expert training to sell and promote a dynamic and agile range of solutions to customers. You will be responsible for managing customer renewals and actively driving the growth of new business across the range of services including software, support contracts, training, accessories, product retrofits and any aftermarket products.
Through a variety of methods, you will identify and generate new sales via calling, networking, and internal referrals.
Working closely with the applications team, you will have expert guidance and support to offer both off the shelf and bespoke solutions alongside demonstrating the value proposition of the product range.
The Person
The successful candidate for the role of Aftersales Account Manager. will have previous experience in a consultative sales environment with a technically focused product such as software, engineering services or an engineered product.
Working within a KPI driven, revenue targeted environment previously is essential experience for this role, you will have previous experience of achieving customer success and exceeding targets in a sales-based environment.
You will demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and spoken in addition to a passion for achieving the best possible customer outcomes and experience through the engagement and delivery process.
The role is based on site at the offices and showroom in Leicestershire with some requirement to travel to visit customer sites and occasional international travel.
